This is a typical complete implementation process from a client's hand-drawn sketch to a professional furniture floor plan. Although the client's sketch is sketchy, it clearly conveys the core requirements: the upper part is an office area with dimensions of 164×128, requiring two office desks, while the lower part is a conference area with dimensions of 164×147, requiring a conference table and matching chairs.

Our first step is to diagnose the actual use of the space, the flow of people, and the daily frequency of use. Find out if there is a need for frequent passing around the sofa, preferably leaving a aisle of 60 to 90 centimeters, and distinguish whether this area is a formal reception area, employee rest area, or the boss's private corner. Different uses determine the shape and size of the sofa.
